Ok WHAT IFFFFF...... mandatory S/NC, but professors are required to give S with distinction for work that would have received an A? Or would this undermine the policy that keeps grad schools from disadvantaging those who opted for S/NC? While some people really needed to use this semester to boost their GPA (hi), I'm not into throwing other students under the bus just because they are already in difficult home/personal situations rn and won't be able to perform their best under these conditions."
