Mail Services wants to ensure that students take necessary steps before vacating the University for mail and package handling.


SET UP MAIL FORWARDING!
Go to Banner and click on the "Self-Service" tab to set up mail forwarding. This will forward all of your first class mail to the address you provide.
*Please note that this process DOES NOT forward packages, just first class mail.

COME TO MAIL SERVICES ONE LAST TIME BEFORE YOU DEPART CAMPUS AND PICK UP ALL YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES!
All students should do a final check with Mail Services before they leave to ensure that they don't leave any mail or packages behind. If a package arrives at Brown after you have departed, you have the option to email a prepaid shipping label (USPS, FedEx or UPS offer this service) to Mail Services at mail_services@brown.edu.

CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS!
Remember to change your package deliveries to your primary mailing address with all of your vendors! (Especially Amazon). That way your packages will be delivered directly to your home and not to Brown.
