In light of the recent news shared by Provost Locke, we are suspending the move-out donation program. Facilities Management’s focus is on ensuring a safe and efficient moveout for you and your families. As you vacate your residence hall please do your best to bring any waste to the outdoor landfill and recycling dumpsters and open containers. This will decrease material build-up and the potential risk of fire hazards in the residence halls. Posters with the locations of these containers have been placed on all residence hall trash rooms doors. Please also consider taking with you any items which you can reuse at home or when you return to campus.

Facilities Management considers the safety of our students, staff, and faculty paramount during this time. However, we value sustainability and we will be doing our best to divert waste from the landfill and into the hands of those in need throughout the move-out process.
