DISCUSSION: While I generally agree with the universal pass system, my only disagreement is with universal pass itself is that people are simply going to abuse it, im not saying that people don’t need this system in place and while I do acknowledge people are in a position much much worse off than I am and really need this system in place to make ends meet, we have to admit that for the majority of us, we are going to abused the fuck out of it. (Myself included!) Solutions? "
