Given the continuing developments with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are encouraging all Brown faculty/staff and students who have yet to elect Direct Deposit as their payment election for all payroll and expense reimbursement to consider doing so at this time. Direct Deposit is a secure, convenient and fast way to ensure you receive your pay in a timely manner. You have the option to deposit your pay into one or multiple accounts. Use the link below to view a job aid on how to set up direct deposit. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your payment election to become effective.
In addition, beginning on March 16, 2020, all ADP paystubs will be turned off. You will still be able to access a copy of your paystub directly in Workday.
