Updated- Bi-Weekly Payroll Check Delivery for Paydate 03/20/2020:
If you are a non-unionized employee receiving a live bi-weekly payroll check, please pick up your check at the Mail Services office located on the first floor of Page-Robinson Hall. Checks will be available the morning of Friday March, 20, 2020. Mail Services will be open on Friday March 20,2020 from 8:00am to 12pm. Please note any checks not picked up by Friday March 20, 2020 at 12:00 pm will be returned to the payroll office and mailed via United States Postal Service. Please make every effort to pick up your pay check during this period to avoid a delay in your check receipt.
Please remember to bring identification with you (i.e. license or Brown ID card) as you will not be able to pick up your check without it.
Please note that this is only for individuals who have live checks. Those seeking a pay advice only, should download the advice directly in Workday. Individuals who have already elected to receive their payment via direct deposit will experience no change in process.
In addition, to avoid any future potential delays in receiving your paychecks, we highly recommend that you sign up for direct deposit. Please click on the link below for the job aid on how to make this election.
