The next installment of the Decoding Covid Virtual Seminar Series features Susan Weiss, PhD, who will present "Coronaviruses: history, life cyle and innate immune antagonism." The Zoom seminar will take place Monday, May 4, 4 p.m. Join via Zoom: https://brown.zoom.us/s/172863399 Dr. Weiss is a professor of microbiology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she studies coronavirus pathogenesis. Her lab uses murine coronavirus as a model system for the study of: 1) acute viral encephalitis; 2) chronic demyelinating diseases such as multiple sclerosis; and 3) virus-induced hepatitis. Continuing Medical Education credit is available.
