The Brown Department of Public Safety is here to keep you informed about scams. We encourage you to share these facts with your community - paying special attention to our elderly population. Scammers are using fear surrounding the spread of COVID-19 to steal money and personal information. Safety Tips: Ignore offers for vaccinations and home test kits - these products do not currently exist. Hang up on robocalls. Watch out for phishing emails and text messages.
