The Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) is excited to present “Leadership in a Time of Crisis.” This Zoom panel discussion aims to allow students to engage with Brown University faculty, staff, and student leaders regarding leading during trying times, which could not be more relevant during the COVID-19 crisis.

This event will lay the groundwork for aspiring and current leaders to develop empathetic, equitable, effective, and sustainable leadership strategies during a crisis. Panelists will speak individually about their experiences in this regard, and answer student questions collected in advance for discussion. It is critically important that students hear from leaders across the University during this turbulent time on not just what they are doing, but their decision-making processes as well.

Panelists include Eric Estes (Vice President of Campus Life), Professor Wendy Schiller (Chair of Political Science), and Jason Carroll (Vice President and President-elect, Undergraduate Council of Students).

The event will be held on April 21st at 12pm. Join the webinar using this Zoom link: https://brown.zoom.us/j/266735849

Submit your questions for the panelists using this Google form: https://forms.gle/uGiyxdWWBPbAu84cA

As a new student-run initiative in partnership with the Division of Campus Life, LDI seeks to empower and equip students to lead in their communities at Brown and beyond.
